Our Company

The Property Coaches was created to provide property management services to a wide cross section of investors and business owners. Led by Rosy Allen, The Property Coaches has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry specializing in property management.
Rosy’s journey in real estate began over 20 years ago when she started as a mortgage and sales specialist. She later joined RE/MAX as a licensed Realtor® and became a top producer for the company, achieving membership to the prestigious 100% Club for consecutive years.
In 2011, Rosy joined Gibson Property Management, a Ft. Lauderdale-based real estate company founded by Rick Gibson, and helped manage the company's portfolio of 50 doors. By applying her proficiency and skill, she quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2013, she became the company's managing director and broker associate. A year later, she took over ownership, transforming the company into Gibson Group Management.

Over the past six years, under Rosy's leadership, GGM has grown significantly from managing 50 doors to over 600 commercial and residential properties, making Gibson Group Management one of the leading property management companies in South Florida. This success can be attributed to her customer-centric approach, driven by the desire to help clients pursue and achieve their goals.
